The last time I smooched my partner in a public place was, I believe, on the subway. Think: two women kissing opposite a row a gawking men. A little strange having an audience, sometimes. But bravo to the folks who have been holding "kiss-ins" at Chick-Fil-A restaurants to protest against the company president's objections to same-sex marriage. Now that's what I call the power of pride.
